基于仿真技术的汽车鼓式制动器失效分析
Failure Analysis of Automotive Drum Brake Based on Simulation Technology
摘要
Abstract
For simulating the practical loading process of the braking,a rigid-flexible coupled virtual prototype of the drum brake was established. Contact analysis model of drum brake is established. Drum brake was contacted by combining the dynamic analysis and the finite element techniques,and has got the contact pressure,stress and strain distribution rule. We have carried on failure and materials detection experimental verification for the E260 type truck brake drum flange fillet cracking. The results show that the contact pressure uneven distribution and the mechanical stress concentration are the direct cause of the brake drum cracking failure.关键词
