肠癌患者与健康人群肠道菌群基因组DNA鉴定与特征
Characterization and Identification of Enteric Flora and Genomic DNA between Patients with Colorectal Cancer and Healthy Person

Abstract
Objective To explore differences in the composition of intestinal flora between the colorectal cancer patients and the healthy group in order to find an alternative method for the early prognosis of colorectal cancer. Method Early morning stool of the cancer patients and the healthy people were collected. Aerobic and anaerobic cultures were carried out,the strains were identified,and the bacterial colonies were count. Bacterial genomic DNA in feces was extraced from the colorectal cancer and the healthy group,respectively,and underwent agarose gel electrophoresis. Results Compared the cancer group with the control group, the amount of E. coli increased significantly,the amount of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium reduced significantly,and the proportional quantity of anaerobic bacteria and aerobic bacteria reversed. All the datum showed statistically significant (P<0. 05). There was a clear and bright single band at 23 130 bp on the agarose gel electrophoresis. Conclusion There were differences in intestinal flora composition between the cancer patients and the healthy control group, but their total genomic DNA was the same.关键词
