摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance in the patients with infection in the department of dermatology. Method 165 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the wound drainage fluid or the purulent secretion in the patients with skin infection. The automatic bacteria identification and drug sensitivity analyzer were used to identify the the strains to species,and drug resistance was detected by K-B agar diffusion method recommended by CLSI. Results 84 strains of gram positive bacteria accounting for 50 . 91%,70 strains of gram negative bacilli accounting for 42 . 42%,11 strains of fungi accounting for 6 . 67%were determined. The top three detected strains were Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli. Gram positive cocci did not resistant to vancomycin,teicoplanin and glycopeptide. The sensitivity of group A Streptococcus to common antimicrobial drugs in the department of dermatology was high. 51 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus were separated,accounting for 30. 91%. And 48 strains of methicillin-resistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus aureus were separated,accounting for 29. 09%. Conclusion In the past 5 years in our hospital, gram positive cocci were the main infection pathogens, imipenem resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed a clear upward trend,and the detection rate of special pathogenic bacteria was also high. We should be paid to the pathogenic examination of the nosocomial infection and the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
