Abstract
Housing security is the main content of people’ s livelihood, which is not only the premise of building a harmonious society, but also an important guarantee for the country's lasting political stability and mass consciousness. And low-cost housing system is a new way to carry out the goal of housing for everyone, especially the low income families. The development of low-cost housing system in the past 17 years shows that government has invested a large amount of energy and money to improve the whole housing security system since 1998, when the low-cost housing is established. Through learning western experiences and taking the existed problems into consideration, a countermcasure, which is suitable for our national circumstances, is found and the solution of low-cost housing operating and management mechanisms is presented in the paper.关键词
