摘要

Abstract

The project is a super high_rises building which is based on finance office and commercial services, and the HVAC design is different from traditional building. The office area of tower applies VAV air conditioning system,uses four_pipe water system and divides areas in the vertical direction. The business parts of skirt building applies CAV air conditioning system,and the office area adopts fan coil units plus fresh air system and uses four_pipe water system. The cold and heat sources of heating, ventilation and air_conditioning( HVAC) system,air system,ventilation and smoke control and extraction system, and energy saving and environmental protection are introduced mainly in order to provide reference for the similar design of super high_rises building.
