STUDY OF SOURCE FINDING TOOLS IN GASKAP SURVEY

Abstract
The SKA proj ect and SKA peer proj ects such as MeerKAT,APERTIF,ASKAP and the FAST will lead radio astronomy into a new era of vast amounts of data.The vast amounts of data requires researchers to collect,manage,analyze and store,so computer-controlled automatic classification filter pretreatment is imminent.We are making progress on simulation of large amounts of data to select candidate sources.The source finding tools used include Duchamp,Clumpfind,Seleavy.We compare the performances of several tools in order to improve efficiency of source finding.关键词
