KEY ISSUES IN THE STUDY OF COMMUNITY DISASTER REDUCTION EQUIPMENTS
摘要
Abstract
Basic situation of community disaster reduction equipments (CDRE),in USA,Japan,Thailand and Indonesia,was used to explore several key issues of CDRE based on regional disaster system.Disaster vulnerability,resilience,adaptation,and their relationships with CDRW were discussed in detail.This could provide references to scientific equipments of CDRE in National Model Community of Comprehensive Disaster-reduction in China,in order to reduce disaster risk and disaster damage and loss on a community scale.关键词
