使用 MiVnt 图像分析系统进行树木年轮细胞特征研究的尝试
Attempt on cell characterization of tree rings by MiVnt image analysis

Abstract
Relationship between tree growth and climate on a cellular scale has been an important part in research of growth response to climate. We attempted to apply MiVnt image analysis to measure cell characteristics in tree rings of Picea meyeri in Luyashan Mountalns.A total of 7 chronologies were made, including tree-ring width (TRW),cell number (CN),cell size (CS),maximum cell size (MAXCS),minimum cell size (MINCS),cell number in early wood (ECN),cell number in late wood (LCN).It was found that TRW,CN and ECN could reflect climate better.LCN showed negative correlation with other chronologies.All chronologies other than LCN exhibited negative correlation with temperature in growing season,and positive correlation with precipitation in growing season,suggesting a limitation of soil drought on tree growth.LCN was negatively associated with precipitation at the end of a growing season,implying influence of climate at end of growing season on cell dynamics in tree ring.This article provides useful information on relationship between tree growth and climate.关键词
