135例带状疱疹发病及后遗神经痛相关因素临床回顾研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the possible relevant factors of herpes zoster morbidity and postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 135 patients with herpes zoster with from Dongzhimen hospital from January 2007 to August 2012 were involved in this retrospective study.The data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0. Results Age had no obvious correlation with precursor paln and the paln level of herpes zoster; the possible relevant factor for postherpetic neuralgia were age, precursor paln, paln degree of skin lesion, basic chronic disease and treatment starting time.Conclusions The morbidity of herpes zoster and posthepetic neuralgia have certaln related factors, early detection and early treatment has significance for the prevention and treatment of senile patient and patients with basic chronic diseases.关键词
