自拟中药方保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察
Curative study of retention enema with self-made Chinese medicine foumula in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative study of self-made Chinese medicine formula in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into treatment group ( n=30 ) , treated with oral administration of Chinese patent medicine, as well as retention enema of self-made Chinese medicine formula, and control group ( n=30 ) , treated with oral administration of Chinese patent medicine.Results In treatment group, 18 cases had significant effect ( 60 .0%) , 11 cases showed effective ( 36 .7%) , and 1 case showed ineffective (3.3%), the total effective rate was 96.7%;In control group, 8 cases had significant effect (26.7%), 15 cases showed effective (50.0%), and 7 cases showed ineffective (23.3%), the total effective rate was 76 .7%.Rank sum test showed Z=-3 .873 , P<0 .05 , which indicated the curative effect of treat-ment group was superior to control group.Conclusions Based on oral administration of Chinese medi-cine formula, retention enema with self-made Chinese medicine formula has good effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.关键词
