CL-20晶体粒度和形貌对其机械感度及火焰感度的影响
Effect of the Particle Size and Surface Appearance on Mechanical Sensitivity and Flame Sensitivity of CL-20

Abstract
CL-20 powders with different particle sizes and surface appearances were prepared by sieving, grinding and high-speed shearing method respectively. Laser granularity measurement and scanning electron microscope ( SEM) were employed to characterize the samples. Moreover, impact sensitivity, fraction sensitivity and flame sensitivity of CL-20 samples were tested and analyzed. Results show that both the mechanical and flame sensitivity of CL-20 prepared by sieving method decrease with the decrease of the particle size. Compared with the counterparts prepared by the other two methods, which had similar particle size but different surface appearance, the impact sensitivity, fraction sensitivity and flame sensi-tivity of CL-20 samples prepared by the sieving method are much higher.关键词
