目的:探讨红芪多糖对糖尿病肾病(DN)db/db小鼠肾功能和肾脏组织中葡萄糖转运蛋白-1(GluT-1)的mRNA和蛋白表达的影响,阐明其可能的作用机制。方法:将10只db/m小鼠作为正常对照组;50只肥胖型2型糖尿病模型 db/db小鼠随机分为模型组,依那普利组,红芪多糖低、中和高剂量组;每组10只。正常对照组和模型组小鼠分别灌胃给予生理盐水0.5 mL · kg-1· d-1,其他各组小鼠分别灌胃给予依那普利10 mg·kg-1·d-1和红芪…查看全部>>
