摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore operative procedure of high ligation endovenous laser treatment in Great Saphenous Varicose Veins for improving operative achievement ratio and shortening operative time .Methods the operative procedure (multipurpose catheter ,super slippery guide wire ,optical fiber ,marked line ,instrument preparation and mutual cooperation)of high ligation endovenous laser treatment in 57 lower extremities that fit the indication was summarized .Simultaneously ,64 lower extremi-ties that fit the same indication were retrospectively reviewed .The number of cases that was changed to traditional stripping treatment ,the number of placing the catheter times ,and the operation time was compared .Results The number of cases that was changed to traditional stripping treatment was decreased .The achievement ratio of placing the catheter once was increased . the operation time was shortened .Conclusions The experience of our operative procedure could decrease the frequency of an-giospasm and blood clotting ,as well as shorten the operation time .In addition ,the high ligation endovenous laser treatment is influenced negatively if the location of the optical fiber can not be found accurately .关键词
