摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the diagnostive value of acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) on hepatic fibrosis .Methods 55 patients with hepatic fibrosis caused by chronic liver disease ,15 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma caused by chronic liver disease and 60 healthy adults were received ARFI quantification of different segment of the liver .The shear wave velocity (SWV) was compared between three groups to assess hepatic fibrosis degree .Results The SWV of the hepatic fibrosis group was (2.05 ± 0.66)m/s ,the SWV of the healthy adults group was (1.14 ± 0.48)m/s ,the SWV of the chronic liver disease com-bined hepatocellular carcinoma group was (2.65 ± 1.15)m/s ,the difference amount three groups was statistical significance (P<0.01) .Conclusion ARFI can be used to comment the elasticity degree of chronic liver disease as an effective method .关键词
