滨州地区铜绿假单胞菌耐药性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyse the drug resistance to commonly used antibiotics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospi-tal ,and provide experimental evidence for clinical rational use of antibiotics to prevent infection .Methods The specimens from clinical departments between 2011 and 2013 were collected ,bacterium isolated and cultured by conventional methods ,then bacte-rium identified to test by using BD PHOENIX-100 automated microbial identification system ,K-B method .The susceptibility test results (criteria)were made according to 2012 edition of anti-drug susceptibility testing microbiological performance stand-ards .Results The detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 4.26% .Conclusions Higher resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa prompted hospital to strengthen monitoring of susceptibility and guide rational drug use .关键词
