DR 拼接技术在脊柱侧弯康复治疗中的应用价值
The clinical value of DR splicing technology in treatment for scoliosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of spine panoramic imaging technology in the treatment for scoliosis pa‐tients .Methods 48 patients with scoliosis were reviewed retrospectively .DR Digitally stitching inspection technology was used to get the upper spine span image from the upper cervical spine to the sacral vertebra ;spinal measuring scale was used to meas‐ure Cobb Angle (Cobb) .Results whole spinal angiography of patients were completed one‐time ,the measuring angle was al‐most same as the actual lateral bending angle ,but X‐ray photo which taken by break photography the error between the measur‐ing angle and the actual angle of scoliosis were large (an average of more than 4 .3°) .Conclusion Compared with the DR seg‐mented tomography ,the full spine photography check was used to examine patients with scoliosis ,not only could show the spine image clearly ,but also greatly improve the accuracy of measurement and ensure the full image density uniform .关键词
