Diagnostic value of combined detection of CEA,AFP,CA724,and CA199 in the identification of digestive tract malignancies
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate diagnostic value of combined detection of multiple tumor markers CEA ,AFP ,CA724 , and CA199 in digestive tract malignancies .Methods Serum CEA ,AFP ,CA724 ,and CA199 of 200patients with digestive tract malignancies and 200 patients with benign digestive tract diseases were measured by electrochemiluminescence technology .Re sults Four markers of the group with malignancy were higher than the group with benign tumor ,and the differences among them were significant .Positive rate of combined detection of four markers was greater than any individual one ,while significant differences were statistically .Conclusions CEA ,AFP ,CA724 ,and CA199 play important role in clinical detection and diagnosis of digestive tract tumors ,and positive rate of digestive tract cancer can be improved by the combined detection of these four markers .关键词
