Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical treatment effects of ultrasonic scaling combined with local application of mino cycline hydrochloride ointments between guided bone regeneration (GBR) surgical therapy on periimplantitis .Methods 19 pa tients with 19 dental implants suffering from periimplantitis were chosen and randomly assigned to receive ultrasonic scaling combined with application of minocycline hydrochloride ointments and GBR surgical therapy .Parameters including plaque index (PLI) ,sulcular bleeding index (SBI) and probing depth (PD) of pockets were measured at baseline ,1 months ,3 months and 6 months after treatment .Results The treatments significantly decreased PLI ,SBI and PD ,after 6 months ,the heights of alveolar ridge in the group of flap curettage combined with GBR were higher than before surgery .Conclusion Both the two treatments were effective for periimplantitis ,the GBR surgical treatment can get reosseointegrate of implant .关键词
