摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of phacoemulsification on tear film of patients with agerelated cataract .Method 75casesofpatientswithagerelatedcataractgivenphacoemulsification(80eyes)wereselected.Inthepreoperative2dand postoperative 1 ,7 d ,1 months ,3 months ,subjective symptoms of dry eye ,tear breakup time (BUT) ,corneal fluoresceinstaining and lower eyelid central tears river height changes were observed .Results compared with the preoperative ,postoperative dry eye symptoms in 1d ,7d increased ,breakup time of tear film after 1 d ,7 d ,1months shortened obviously ,corneal fluorescein stai ning in the postoperative 1d ,7d significantly increased ,differences were significant ;3 months after operation the subjective xe rophthalmia like ,tear breakup time (BUT) ,corneal fluorescein staining and lower eyelid central tears river height recovered to the preoperative level ,compared with those before operation had no significant difference .Conclusion phacoemulsification can influence the stability of tear film in the short time ,which should been actively prevented and treated .关键词
