Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of PDCD5 in gastric cancer through detecting and analysing PDCD5 expression in chronic superficial gastritis ,atrophy with intestinal metaplasia ,atrophy with atypical hyperplasia and gastric adenocarcinoma . Methods The expression of PDCD5 protein in 30 cases of chronic superficial gastritis ,30 cases of atrophy with intestinal meta‐plasia ,30 cases of atrophy with atypical hyperplasia and 30 cases of gastric carcinoma were detected by Envision immunohisto‐chemical technique .These values were statistically compared with SPSS19 .0 .Results ①The tissues of chronic superficial gas‐tritis showed highest PDCD5 expression ,which was significantly higher than that of precancerous lesions or cancer tissues(P<0.05);The positive rate of PDCD5 in the intestinal metaplasia group was much higher than that of dysplasia and gastric carcino‐ma (P<0.05) .There was no significant difference between moderate severe dysplasia and carcinoma (P>0.05) .②There was no significant difference of PDCD5 expression in the differentiation degree of gastric carcinoma(P> 0.05) .Conclusion The positive rate of the expression of PDCD5 in the process of chronic superficial gastritis‐chronic atrophy with intestinal metapla‐sia‐chronic atrophy with atypical hyperplasia‐gastric carcinoma is gradually decreased ,although the expression of PDCD5 in gas‐tric carcinoma is not related to the differentiation degree of the tissue .关键词
