摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of taurine on the apoptosis of vascular endothelial cell induced by homocystein . Methods Five groups were divided in this study :control group ,homocysteine group(0.5mmol/L ,1.0 mmol/L ,1.5 mmol/L) , taurine and homocysteine group (Tau 20 mmol/L+ Hcy 1.0 mmol/L) .Human umbilical vein endothelial cell were cultured in vitro for 48 hours and the apoptosis were determined by the method of TUNEL and flow cytometry .Results Homocystein can increase the apoptosis of vascular endothelial cell ,and taurine can decrease the apoptosis induced by homocystein .Conclusion Taurine can protect vascular endothelial cell by inhibiting the the apoptosis induced by homocystein .关键词
