Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MSCT in thyroid nodules .Methods 105 patients with thyroid nod‐ules (143 nodules) ,that confirmed by pathology ,with plain and contrast enhanced CT examination data .comparing the MSCT imaging features of benign and malignant nodules .SPSS21 software was used for statistical treatment ,P< 0.05 had significant difference .Results Benign and malignant thyroid nodules in the number ,shape ,edge ,calcifications ,cysts ,enhanced features , rear edge ,nodular enhancement ,enhanced residual ring syndrome and enlarged cervical lymph nodes have significant statistical ‐ly difference (P< 0.05) .No significant difference in the maximum diameter and nodule position (P > 0.05) .Conclusion The MSCT examination has a high value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules ,a comprehensive analysis of thyroid nodules in plain and contrast enhanced MSCT features can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis .关键词
