Abstract
The Chain of Responsibility throughout the whole process of production and operation of road transport, all impacts on the production and the management of road transport behavior should bear the corre-sponding responsibility. In this paper, based on the analysis of the connotation, content and function of the chain of responsibility in the road transport safety,and management and penalty ideas of the chain responsi-bility of the Australian National Road freight transport safety, combined with the characteristics of road pas-senger transport in China, we could explore the chain of responsibility in the Safety of road passenger trans-port enterprises, and put forward some measures and suggestions to our country road passenger transport en-terprises safety responsibility division.关键词
