Abstract
In 2013 September, in order to protect the environment, safeguard human health, prevent and control of atmospheric pollution, the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’ s Republic of China and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’ s Republic of China issued the 《Limits and measurement methods for emissions from light-duty vehicle(chi-na limit of fifth stage)》 as the new national pollutant discharge standards. This paper focuses on the differ-ent between the old regulation and the new regulation,the analysis of emission limit value and the technical schem.关键词
