新型可拆卸式托盘对固定义齿适合性的影响
Effects of new detachable pallet on fixed partial denture precision
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Compare the effects of detachable and traditional pallet on the manufacture precision of fixed partial denture. Methods:Select clinical patients randomly,and make impression model with new detachable pallet and traditional pallet,perfuse the model,manufacture fixed partial denture in double-blind method and bond it to the model,then measure the thickness of bonding layers under somatotype microscope after incising it by high pressure water jet. Results:The thickness of bonding layer of new detachable pal-let is less than the traditional group,and there is a statistic difference between them (P<0. 05). The representation of suitability of the former is better than the latter. Conclusion:The fixed partial denture precision manufactured by new detachable pallet is better than the traditional. The new detachable pallet can be used as clinical new type of pallet.关键词
