封闭式负压吸引技术在慢性溃疡创面中的应用
Application of the vacuum sealing drainage technique in chronic ulcerative wounds
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of the vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD) technique for the treatment of chronic ulcerative wounds. Methods:From 2009 to 2011,18 cases of patients with chronic ulcers were randomly divided into two groups. 9 patients were treated with vacuum sealing drainage,while 9 patients were treated with traditional dressing. Results:The average healing time of the VSD group and the traditional group are respectively (21 ± 2. 3) d and (43 ± 2. 6) d. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion:VSD therapy can promote chronic ulcerative wounds healing and shorten the hospital stay of patients. The clinical effect of VSD is apparently significant.关键词
