戊巴比妥钠在2型糖尿病大鼠模型复制中的应用研究
Application research of pentobarbital sodium in rats model of type 2 dia-betes mellitus
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the application effects of pentobarbital sodium in rats model of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Meth-ods:Male Wistar rats were used in the experiment. The experimental group rats were used in the“high-fat chow + pentobarbital sodium+ streptozotocin( STZ)”to copy the model of type 2 diabetes. The control group rats were used in the“high-fat chow + STZ”to copy the model. Rats with fasting blood glucose>7. 8 mmol·L-1 were taken as standard of T2DM. Results:(1)The experimental group rats’ pan-creas and livers tissue showed changes in diabetic pathological type;(2)After injecting STZ,compared the 2nd,4th,6th and 8th week,the success rate of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0. 01);(3)The 6th and 8th week,the death rate of the experimental group is significantly lower than the control group(P<0. 01);(4)The glucose variability of the experimental group is significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0. 01). Conclusion:Pentobarbital sodium combined with low doses of STZ can improve the success rate and stability of model of type 2 diabetes and reduce the mortality and glucose variability.关键词
