表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯对2型糖尿病大鼠生化指标的影响
Effect of epigallocatechin gallate on blood biochemical indexes in type 2 diabetes mellitus rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of epigallocatechin gallate( EGCG) on blood biochemical indexes of type 2 diabetes melli-tus(T2DM)rats. Methods:The combination of streptozotocin and high-fat diet was adopted to copy the model of T2DM. Wistar rats were randomly divided into model control group,diabetic model treated with EGCG[50,20,10 mg/(kg·d)]and normal control group. The changes of AST,ALT,TCHO,TG,UREA and CERA of serum were measured at the end of the 4th week. Results:Compared with the model group,the AST,ALT,UREA and CREA decreased significantly in the three EGCG groups. (P<0. 05,P<0. 01). There is no significant statistic difference of the influence on TCHO in the low concentration EGCG group(P>0. 05). There are significant statistic differences of the influence on TCHO and TG in the medium and high concentration EGCG groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion:EGCG can decrease blood lipid and protect liver and kidney.关键词
