南充市钩体患者血清IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-10动态观察
The dynamic of TNF-α, IL-10, IFN-γin serum of patients with leptospiro-sis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the dynamic of serum TNF-α,IL-10,IFN-γ of patients with leptospirosis. Methods:The labora-tory-confirmed cases were defined by microscopic agglutination test(MAT),fractional cultivation and polymerase chain reaction,then the levels of TNF-α,IL-10,IFN-γwere detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results:There were 24 samples con-firmed. The levels of IFN-γof patients in early,middle,late period were all higher than that of control(P<0. 05). Significant statistics difference was not found in multiple comparison of IFN-γ among early,middle and late cases(P>0. 05). The level of TNF-α in early and middle period was higher than that of control group(P<0. 05),the difference of the level TNF-α between late period and normal human was not statistically significant(P>0. 05),The paired comparison confirmed that TNF-α levels of medium-term is higher than that of early and late period(P<0. 05),and the difference between early and late was not statistically significant(P>0. 05). The levels of IL-10 early,middle,late period were all higher than normal(P<0. 05). The level of IL-10 in late period was lower than that of mid-dle period,and the level of IL-10 in middle period was higher than that of early period(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The level of IFN-γ, TNF-αand IL-10 expressed their one rules in the whole leptospirosis course,respectively. It is suggested that IFN-γ,TNF-α,and IL-10 play important roles in the course of leptospira clearance and process of leptospirosis.关键词
