摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation of CA125 levels with NT Pro-BNP levels in patients with chronic heart failure. Meth-ods:Hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure were divided into two groups,according to their New York Heart Association( NY-HA) functional class:NYHA class 3 contained 50 patients and NYHA class 4 contained 50 patients. CA125 levels,NT Pro-BNP levels and Echocardiogram were tested in all patients within 24 hours after admission and heart failure after recovery. Results:(1)CA125 lev-els and NT Pro-BNP levels were higher in NYHA class 4 patients than NYHA class 3 patients. (2)CA125 levels were positively corre-lated with NT Pro-BNP levels. CA125 levels were negatively correlated with LVEF. ( 3 ) The levels CA125 and NT Pro-BNP were de-creased after treatments. Conclusion:CA125 levels were positively correlated with NT Pro-BNP in chronic heart failure patients. CA125 levels,together with NT Pro-BNP,can be used to diagnose heart failure and to judge the severity of heart failure.关键词
