摘要
Abstract
A case of streptococcus toxic shock syndrome caused by streptococcus viridans is reported. A 56-year-old female inpatient presented with right lower limb skin exfoliation,erosion,necrosis,pain for 5 days and anuria for 3 days. After admission,the patient suf-fered from hypotension shock,multiple organ dysfunction and symptoms of central nervous system. Secretion culture of the right lower limb lesions showed growth of streptococcus viridans. The diagnosis is streptococcus toxic shock syndrome.关键词
