摘要
Abstract
Objective:To review the pathogenesis of radiation encephalopathy,clinical features,diagnosis and treatment,ana-lyze the differential diagnosis and reduce early misdiagnosis rate. Methods:Retrospectively analyze the clinical manifestations,imaging features and treatment procedure of one case of patient with radiation encephalopathy who was suspected glioma admission,summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment and review the literature. Results:Clinical manifestations and imaging features of radiation en-cephalopathy are not typical,and sometimes pathological examination are needed to identify specific related disease. Conclusion:Radia-tion encephalopathy diagnosis should be distinguished with glioma,recurrent glioma,brain metastases,cerebral infarction or cerebral ab-scess.关键词
