注射用伏立康唑临床合理使用评价标准的建立
Evaluation criteria establishment on reasonable application for IV admin-istration of voriconazole
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish the evaluation standard of reasonable application for intravenous injection ( IV) administra-tion of voriconazole. According the evaluation criteria,retrospectively evaluate the use of IV administration of voriconazole to provide the theoretic foundation for rational application for IV administration of voriconazole. Methods: According to voriconazole guideline and relative references,the specific evaluation criteria on reasonable application for IV administration of voriconazole were established. 62 cases from Jun. 1,2014 to Dec. 31,2014 were retrospectively evaluated by the established evaluation criteria. Results: The results showed that the Conform-to-the-standard-rate of the routes of administration,solvent selections and preparation methods were all 100%. However,unreasonable drug-use existed in aspects of indication,incompatibility,etiological examination,infusion time,course of treat-ment,drug monitoring. In addition,the special class antibacterial drug management system of HIS management system in our hospital had a few operation flaws. Conclusion: The evaluation criteria for IV administration of voriconazole can be applied to evaluate the drug-use. Unreasonable drug-use exists in this hospital. Irrational IV administration of voriconazole are fairly common problems in this hospital,which means publicizing and supervising should be tightened,and the electronic information system needs to be perfected.关键词
