比阿培南临床使用药物利用评价分析
Evaluation and analysis of clinical use of biapenem
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical use of biapenem standardability and rationality with DUE mode and apply guide-lines for its rational clinical use. Methods:According to biapenem DUE standard,332 patients who received biapenem in one hospital were analyzed. Results:(1)Antibacterials management:Microbial inspection rate was 82. 2% (80%);the coincidence rate of consul-tation process 51. 3% (100%);the coincidence rate of course record 83. 4% (100%);the coincidence rate of prescription privileges was 97. 3% (100%);(2)The indications of drug use:suitable rate was 98. 2%(90%);(3)Medication process:the correct rate of the administration route,solvent selection and incompatibility were 100% (100%);and effect of monitoring compliance rate was 80. 4%(85%);(4)Medication effective rate was 78. 6% (80%). Conclusion:The clinical use of biapenem was quite well in one hospital, but there are some shortcomings. Hospital should do some intervention and rectification for existing problems to ensure the rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Biapenem DUE standard had certain effect on promoting the rational use of biapenem in clinical.关键词
