摘要

Abstract

Objective:To aim to establish the pig brain deadth model used slowly increasing intracranial pressure which was and investigate GIK intervention the protective effects on pig brain death donor heart. Methods:12 healthy Xishuangbanna Miniature pigs were randomly divided into two groups including the control group (group S,n=6) and the experimental group (group G,n=6). Serum potassium,free fatty acids, lactic acid, blood sugar and key enzyme of myocardial energy metabolism were detected. Results:Blood sugar was remarkably increased between control group and experimental group after brain death. Blood glucose was significant difference between before and after brain death (P<0. 05). Blood glucose in the experimental group was slightly lower than that in con-trol group after brain death,which was no significant difference between two groups (P >0. 05). Potassium,lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme in the experimental group were significantly higher compared with the control group (P<0. 05). Free fatty acids were significantly different difference in the two groups after brain death 1 h (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The pig brain death model established by slowly improved intermittent intracranial pressure is more in line with the development of clinical brain death and brain death can be stably maintained through effective respiratory and circulatory support. GIK solution enables increased serum&nbsp;lactate and potassium,but does not cause hyperkalemia,and can inhibit the release of free fatty acids after,pig brain death. Blood sugar is increased in the pig brain death model used slowly increased intermittent intracranial pressure but GIK does not cause blood sugar af-ter pig brain death. GIK can increase the level of key enzyme lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH) and the activity of Na+-k+ atpase in the glycolytic pathway of myocardial tissue after pig brain death. It is feasible to improve myocardial energy metabolism and enhance cardiac function by increasing the level of myocardial energy metabolism and related enzyme substrates and promoting the transformation of en-ergy metabolites.
