二次交通事故成伤致死的法医学鉴定3例
3 cases of forensic examinations on traffic secondary accidental injury to death
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the thought of forensic examination on the cases of traffic secondary accidental ( TSA) injury to death. Methods:3 cases of traffic secondary deadly accident were screened into the research,cases information gathered from various ways,corpses comprehensively and meticulously inspected,the courses of the cases recalled,the injury mechanism confirmed,the injuri-ous ways and extent analyzed,the living action judged,and the cause of death and the degree of participation on the injury to death as-certained. Results:All 3 cases of TSA injury to death indicate various features,including:serious injuries,multiple injuries,combined injuries,various ways of injury cause,complicated injury mechanism,combination of both ante-and post-mortem death,and even repeat-ed injuries with superposition,destruction and cover. Conclusion:It is certain that the forensic assessment of TSA is based on the foren-sic postmortem examination with the combination of comprehensive analyze and judgment from multiple professions,i. e. criminal tra-ceology and sport mechanics,etc.关键词
