肥大细胞在胃癌及癌前病变组织中的分布及其临床意义
Distribution and clinical significance of mastocyte in gastric cancer and precancerous lesion tissues

Abstract
Objective:To observe the distribution of mast cells( MC) in gastric benign lesion tissues,gastric precancerous lesion tissues and gastric cancerous tissues,and to explore its clinical significance. Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to mark and count MC in 23 gastric benign lesion tissues,30 gastric pre-cancerous lesion tissues and 12 gastric cancerous tissues. The distribu-tion of MC was observed and its relationship with clinical pathological data was explored. Results:The MC count in gastric precancerous lesion group was evidently higher than that either in gastric cancer group or in gastric benign lesion group(P<0. 05),and the MC count in helicobacter pylori( HP) positive tissues was also markedly higher than that in HP negative tissues both in gastric precancerous lesion group and in gastric cancer group(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). However,there was no significant correlation between MC count and other pathological characteristics(P>0. 05). Conclusion:MC may have participated in the early lesion of gastric cancer,and there is poten-tial close association between MC and HP-induced gastric cancer and precancerous lesion.关键词
