SATB1基因在食管癌中的表达及临床意义
Expression of SATB1 in esophageal carcinoma and the clinical influence
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the expression and significance of special AT rich sequence binding protein 1 ( SATB1 ) in e-sophageal carcinoma. Methods:The expressions of SATB1 protein and mRNA were detected by using immunohistochemistry and qRT-PCR in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma samples and the tumor-adjacent normal tissues from the same cases. Results:SATB1 pro-tein and mRNA were expressed in esophagus carcinoma. SATB1 protein levels in patients with esophagus carcinoma were not correlated with with age and sex(P>0. 05),but with invasive depth and lymph node metastasis(P<0. 05). The SATB1 mRNA expression levels in esophagus carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in the tumor-adiacent normal tissues(P <0. 05). Conclusion:SATB1 expression in esophagus carcinoma tussues may be closely associated with the progression and metastasis and SATB1 may be used as a valuable target for early diagnosis.关键词
