超声介入治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床价值及对卵巢储备功能的影响

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficiency of interventional ultrasound in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst and its influence on ovarian reservation function. Methods:77 cases of ovarian chocolate cysts,treated with ultrasound-guided punctu-ring anhydrous ethanol injection,were enrolled. 27 cases of them had bilateral cysts and theri levels of serum FSH、LH、E2 and AFC( an-tral follicle account) within one month before operation,one month and three months after operation were surveyed. Results:The total ef-fective rate of all cases accomplishing operative therapy was 94. 81%. The levels of serum E2 and AFC decreased and serum FSH in-creased within postoperative one month group,comparing to preoperative group,and there was significant difference(P<0. 05);there was no significant difference between postoperative three months group and preoperative group(P>0. 05). There was no ovarian reserve function failure after operation,and 5 cases had spontaneous pregnancy. Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided intervention has good efficacy in treating ovarian chocolate cyst and less influence on ovarian reserve function,so it can be used as a better choice in the clinical treat-ment of ovarian chocolate cysts.关键词
