摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Graves disease after radioiodine therapy. Methods:Clinical data of 502 patients with Graves disease treated by radioiodine therapy for 1 years were collected,the cure rate,the increase of thyroid function in 1 month and the effect of Graves’ ophthalmopathy were observed. Results:After 1 year,all patients with Graves’ disease cure rate is 70. 3%,46. 0% incidence of hypothyroidism,there was no hyperthyroidism crisis,Proportion of patients with thyroid function level ris-ing within 1 month is 12. 5%,34 cases(6. 8%)with active Graves’ ophthalmopathy did not aggravate. Conclusion:Radioiodine therapy for Graves disease is a safe and effective method.关键词
