山西省青年劳动者就业质量的思考
Reflections on the Employment Quality of Young Workers in Shanxi Province
摘要
Abstract
In recent years, as a major province of energy and heavy chemical industry, the industrial structure of Shanxi Province lacks of reasonability compared to other provinces. The employment quality of young workers plays a significant role in the whole economic development, which should be paid great attention to. Therefore, taking the employment quality of young workers as the focus of the study, this paper starts from the definition of relevant concepts, combines current status of the empirical data analysis, detects the ma-jor problems existed and puts forward some suggestions.关键词
