Preliminary Exploration of Teaching Management Team Construction in Private Colleges-Taking Jilin Province as an Example

Abstract
Teaching management is an important task in the operation of private universities, and teaching management team is the ma-jor force to ensure teaching order and improve teaching quality. It can even be said that the building of teaching management team is a decisive factor for the success of teaching management. This article takes Jilin Province as an example, analyzes the current situation of teaching management team construction in private colleges and proposes some suggestions.关键词
