桑叶多糖提取工艺优化研究
The study on technology optimism to polysaccharides of mulberry leaves extraction
摘要
Abstract
T he orthogonal experiment is designed by using three factors and three levels for polysaccharides of mulberry leaves extraction .The optimal extractive technology condition is obtained through the experi-ment is :ratio of solid to liquid as 1 ︰ 9 ,extraction time as 90 mins ,extraction temperature at 90 ℃ . Through the experiment ,it is proved that this extraction technology has the extraction ratio of 8 .08% , which is higher than the extraction ratio got from 9 groups of orthogonal experiments by using three fac-tors and three levels .The determination of all these conditions laid the foundation for large-sale develop-ment and application of mulberry leaves .关键词
