Abstract
A new capillary pressure model established based on fractal dimension theory is contributed to study the pore structure of tight gas reservoirs.The result demonstrates Lekia' s conclusion that in the low permeability tight sandstone gas reservoirs,the capillary pressure versus water saturation has linear log-log correlation.while the linear log-log correlation of the normalized water saturation versus the capillary pressure proposed by Brooks ad Corey can be only applied to the high permeability sandstone reservoirs.According to the new model,this paper deduces a method to calculate the average capillary pressure curve.关键词
