Abstract
The new developing tr end of the higher education as well as the readjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure and the foster of emerging industries put forward new requirements for the newly-built colleges and universities. It is a necessity for them to explore the ways of mutual adaption and co-existence with the local economic and social development, to improve their integral capability and core competence, so as to re-alize the positive interaction and harmonious development with the local.关键词
