立方锡酸镁/氧化锡复合氧化物的合成及其气敏性能
Synthesis and Gas Sensing Properties of Cubic Mg2 SnO4/SnO2 Complex Oxides

Abstract
Precursor MgSn( OH) 6 was synthesized by the hydrothermal method. And Mg2 SnO4/SnO2 complex oxide cubic nanoparticles were obtained by subsequent thermal treatment. The phase structures,surface morphologies and component of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and energy disperse spectroscopy. The gas sensitivity and selectivity of the complex oxide for methanol has been studied at different working temperature. The results show that the Mg2 SnO4/SnO2 exhibited good sensitivity and selectivity. It exhibits a linear relationship in the range of 50×10-6 ~5 000×10-6 at the optimum temperature of 300 ℃. The response and recovery time of the gas sensor were 12s and 8s,respectively,for 2 000×10-6 methanol.关键词
