摘要

Abstract

A flexible piezoelectric composite film with low internal resistance was synthesized via mixing the multiwalled carbon nanotubes( CNT) with superior conductivity and piezoelectric materials BaTiO3 into the Polydime-thylsiloxane ( PDMS ) . The open-circuit voltage of the prepared flexible composite piezoelectric film was further researched under various polarization conditions. The influence of the ratio of the BTO/CNT in volume on the conductivity of the sample prepared was also investigated. These results obtained manifested that under the polarization condition of 3. 6 kV/mm,90 ℃ and 60 min,when the N equaled to 2:3(The volume ratio of BTO to CNT)and V was equivalent to 8%(the volume percentage of BTO and CNT mixtures/PDMS matrix),the composite piezoelectric film with optimum conductivity was achieved.
