摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes a design method for an on-line oil debris sensors applied to rotating machinery hy-draulic system,of which performance directly influence the monitoring results of oil debris detection system. Focuses on the sensor detection principle and the qualitative analysis of structure characteristics. According to the electro-magnetic filed principle and Biot Savart law with other electromagnetic theory,magnetic field distribution model of a balance coil is established and the sensor output model is deduced. Several main factors affecting the distribution of magnetic field and the output of the sensor has been investigated. To provide the theoretical basis for the design, modification and optimization of the sensor,simulation of magnetic field distribution of the equilibrium structure coil has been carried out by a electromagnetic simulation software.关键词
