摘要

Abstract

Piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic system( PCUS) is an important method for object detection. According to the equivalent circuit model of PCUS,the attenuation coefficient from transmitting excitation voltage to receiving sig-nal voltage is analyzed in detail. And,transfer function of the given equivalent circuit model for PCUS is presented in this paper. The experiment shows that amplitude-frequency curve of the simulated data and measured data for transceiver system are almost the same. That proved the correction of the given equivalent circuit model and transfer function of PCUS.
