习语中的活译法探析
ON IMITATION IN IDIOMS

Abstract
English idioms are necessarily translated by using integrated techniques of metaphrase, paraphrase, imitation and do-mestication and foreignization , not in single one. And Imitation, one of John Dryden’s techniques, termed " niyi , fangyi" in Chinese, is hereby redefined as"huoyi"based on analysis and comparison.关键词
